Circular business design for mobile devices

I’ve recently started on an exciting project to help a business in the Netherlands who wants to rethink and grow their repair services for mobile devices. Without purposefully planning it, this company is already pretty well set up to start offering fully circular services. I’m coaching them on how to restructure their strategy to become “Circular Enablers;” to take advantage of the complete post-sales cycle, and help producers adapt to new circular legislation.
