Sustainability by Design
With the need to cut global emissions in half by 2030 looming ever closer, there has never been a more important time for organizations to invest in sustainability. WONGDOODY’s clients need urgent help in reaching their environmental sustainability targets by leveraging the power of digital and of people. I created a new “Sustainability by Design” practice.
Eco Light Design reduces the footprint of digital applications.
Sustainable Behavior Design is a toolkit based in behavioral psychology that:
finds the issues customers care most about
shows where brands can make the most impact
products a users’ likelihood of changing to a more sustainable behavior
identifies the type of help they need to change
designs experiences that create new sustainable behaviors
and drives long-term habits
Customer Value Proposition Design
WONGDOODY designs outstanding experiences for consumers and employees, but they wanted to expand their service portfolio to include more innovation. Specifically, they want to co-create new products and services that help their clients innovate and stay resilient during market disruption. I created a new practice around defining new customer value propositions and taking them to market.
